How do I book?

What happens after I book?

You receive an instant confirmation email with booking details. You will be contacted to complete a quick guest verification through Truvi (a brief ID check for security). Check-in instructions arrive 48 hours before your stay.

Is there a damage deposit?

Yes. A $500 damage deposit authorization is required with a small $10 service fee. This is a hold, not a charge — it is released after checkout if no damage occurs.

Can I modify or extend my stay?

Yes. Contact us directly and we will adjust your reservation. We are flexible and happy to accommodate changes whenever possible.

What is the check-in and check-out time?

Check-in is at 4:00 PM. Check-out is at 11:00 AM.

Is there parking?

One garage parking space is included (fits a small SUV). Additional parking is available at China Bridge Parking Garage, a four-minute walk. Most guests find they rarely need a car.
