Summer (June – September)
Hiking from Main Street: The Mid-Mountain Trail, Armstrong Trail, and Rail Trail are all accessible from trailheads within a three-minute walk. Hike through wildflower meadows and alpine terrain without driving anywhere.
Mountain Biking: Park City has over 400 miles of trails and is one of the best mountain biking destinations in the world. Rent bikes on Main Street and ride directly to the trail network.
Park City Arts Festival (August): One of the top outdoor art festivals in the country, held on Main Street — literally outside your door.
Dining Al Fresco: Summer brings outdoor patios to Main Street. Walk to Riverhorse on Main, Handle, Firewood, No Name Saloon, and dozens more.
Fly Fishing: The Provo River and Weber River are within a 20–30 minute drive, offering world-class fly fishing.
Winter (December – March)
Skiing & Snowboarding: Walk to Town Lift in five minutes for ski access to Park City Mountain Resort — the largest ski resort in the United States. Deer Valley Resort is a 10-minute drive.
Deer Valley Resort: Park City's premier luxury ski resort is a quick 5-minute bus ride from Main Street via the free Park City electric bus. In summer, Deer Valley hosts the Deer Valley Music Festival (July–August) and the Deer Valley Concert Series at the Snow Park Outdoor Amphitheater.
Apres-Ski: Return from the slopes and walk to No Name Saloon, High West Distillery, or The Spur. Then soak in your private rooftop hot tub.
Year-Round
Over 50 restaurants within walking distance: Japanese at Yuki Arashi, Italian at Grappa, Mediterranean at Chimayo, American at Butcher's Chop House. Boutique stores, outdoor gear shops, and art galleries line Main Street. Park City is a serious art town with rotating exhibitions.
